Book a Coaching Package

If you’re interested in working together, make sure you’ve read all of the info on the coaching page. Then when you’re ready, fill out the form to request an introductory session. All sessions are held virtually via Zoom.

Please indicate if you are aged 18-21 or a student. You are eligible for a discounted package.


When will you hear from me?

If you are looking to work with me, or an existing client, you’ll hear back within 24-48 hours. For other general inquiries, expect a response between 1-3 business days.

  • Coaching can be beneficial for any woman committed to personal growth, seeking clarity, and ready to take action towards her goals. If you're feeling stuck, spiritual unrest, facing challenges, or simply wanting to elevate your life to the next level, coaching may be a great fit for you. During our introductory session, we'll explore your needs and goals to determine if coaching is the right path for you.

  • I work primarily with Muslim women who seek guidance, empowerment, and growth in various areas of their lives, but my coaching is for women of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you're a student, professional, or homemaker, if you're ready to improve your inner and outer world, you've landed at the right place!

    I do not offer coaching for men.

  • Absolutely! While my coaching approach is rooted in Islamic principles, I welcome women of all backgrounds who resonate with my mission of growth and empowerment — and I will not push my religious beliefs on anyone who doesn’t resonate. That being said, women of faith may find particular resonance with my coaching style and insights. However, the inner-work strategies we explore can benefit any ladies seeking guidance, clarity, and support. Many experiences of woman are universal.

  • My coaching approach is rooted in a holistic blend of Islamic teachings, cultural insights, and evidence-based practices. This unique combination allows me to provide tailored support that honors your values, identity, and individual stage of life with zero judgement. My nurturing spirit and genuine passion for this work makes our sessions not only transformative, but also enjoyable!

  • Life coaching and therapy serve distinct purposes. Therapy, conducted by licensed therapists, is rooted in healing trauma and addressing deep mental health concerns. Coaching, without diagnosing mental health conditions, empowers individuals to overcome obstacles, clarify goals, and take actionable steps towards their desired life outcomes, emphasizing personal growth, accountability, and the realization of their potential. Coaching can be healing, but is not a substitute for comprehensive mental health care.

    Life coaching should not be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment and will not be used in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

  • Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to me. I ensure clients have a safe and trusting space to share, grow, and flourish.

    The privacy and confidentiality of the communications with my clients are fully protected. At no time will I voluntarily divulge the coaching relationship between myself and clients without vocal permission from the clients, unless required to do so by law.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, preferences, and pace of progress. Some clients find value in a few sessions to tackle specific challenges, while others prefer ongoing support for deeper transformation. We'll work together to determine a plan that suits you best.
